The erstwhile promoters M/s K Sudhakar Reddy;Dr.Sekhar Reddy and Ashok Vasudevan along with their relatives sold entire stake in the Company to Mr Ghanshyam Kurmi and Associates.

Mr Ghanshyam Kurmi - Managing Director of the Company gained lot of experience and insight into the Pharmaceuticals industry during his nine years stint in the Indian Multi-national and USA Multi-national Companies.

Mr N.Satyanarayana - Director,who comes with more than a decade and a half of experience is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and has vast exposure in the fields of Finance, Taxations, Accounting etc.,

Dr.Vilas R.Lokhande is PhD (1994) in Pharmaceuticals chemistry and M.Pharma (1998) from Mumbai University.

His 23 years career started with research experience of 7 years in Department of Chemotherapy,Mumbai. His Professional career stints include Food Drugs and Chemicals Limited, Ventron Chemicals Limited and Union Fibro Chemicals Ltd where he had worked as a Group Leader (R&D).

His last assignment was in the position of Business Development Manager at Aarti Drugs Limited.
